Juli 2008 gegründet umd am 18 Oktober 2008 im Handelsregister des Amtsgericht Hamburg unter der Nummer HRB 106923 eingetragen. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsvorschriftenDer Jahresabschluss ist nach den Vorschriften des HGB aufgestellt. Ergänzend gelten die weiteren gesetzlichen Bestimmungen. Die Gegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens wurden mit ihren Anschaffungs-/ Herstellungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen angesetzt. Gegenstände des Umlaufvermögens wurden mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Zugänge des Sachanlagevermögens werden grundsätzlich zeitanteilig abgeschrieben. Dem Gesellschafter schuldet das Unternehmen ein verzinsliches Darlehen über € 24.301,52 (per 31.12.2010) weiterhin auf einem Verrechnungskonto € 11.398,07. Die Vorjahresvergleichszahlen sind gemäß dem Wahlrecht nach dem BilMoG Art. 67 Abs. 8 Satz 2 nicht angepasst worden. Sonstige PflichtangabenGeschäftsführer der Gesellschaft war in 2010 Herr Philip Schneider. Der Geschäftsführer war einzelvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des §181 BGB befreit. |
