Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2013I. Allgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss 2013 der ATS Akustik und Trockenbau GmbH wurde nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i. S. des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB und hat die für große Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Gliederungsvorschriften des HGB beachtet; die im Gesetz (§§ 266 Abs. 1, 276 HGB) vorgesehenen Ausweiserleichterungen wurden nicht in Anspruch genommen. II. Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich der Vornahme steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit den Anschaffungskosten (§ 255 Abs. 1 HGB) angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen, die nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Bewertung erforderlich sind. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt (§ 253 Abs. 1 S.2 HGB). Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren (§ 275 Abs. 2 HGB) aufgestellt. III. Angaben und Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz sowie Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung a) Bilanz 1. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sind zum Bilanzstichtag abgestimmt. Die langfristige Forderungen beinhalten die Sicherheitseinbehalte aus abgeschlossenen Bauvorhaben und werden nach fünf Jahren ausgezahlt. Die kurzfristigen Forderungen sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. Die weiteren Forderungskonten sind erkennbar ausgewiesen. 2. Verbindlicheiten Die Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferung Leistung sind zum Bilanzstichtag abgestimmt. Die kurzfristigen Forderungen sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. Die weiteren Verbindlichkeiten sind erkennbar ausgewiesen. Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen, die nicht in der Bilanz auszuweisen sind, bestehen nicht. 3. Geldmittel Die Bankbestände wurden durch Saldenbestätigungen nachgewiesen. 4. Rückstellung Es wurden Rückstellungen gebildet. Diese wurden für Abschlusskosten und Steuerrückstellungen in vernünftiger Kaufmännischer Weise gebildet. Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr betreffenden, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern. 4. Kapital Das Stammkapital der Gesellschaft beträgt € 25.000,00. b) Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Es wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren angewendet. IV.
