Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung , steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen Angaben zu Bilanzierungs - und Bewertungsmethoden Der Jahresabschluss der Fa. Smartronic GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs - und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Im einzelnen waren dies folgende Grundsätze und Methoden. Das Anlagevermögen ist mit den Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen angesetzt. Beim Vorratsvermögen sind die fertigen und unfertigen Erzeugnisse mit den Herstellungskosten angesetzt und nach den Grundsätzen der verlustfreien Bewertung entsprechend korrigiert. Die Forderungen und Sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände, sowie Liquide Mittel , sind mit den Nennbeträgen angesetzt und , soweit erforderlich, wertberichtigt. Für Verbindlichkeiten, die dem Grunde und / oder der Höhe nach unbekannt sind, wurden Rückstellungen gebildet, die dem finanziellen Risiko ausreichend Rechnung tragen. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Sonstige Angaben Die ausgewiesenen Forderungen, Sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände und Verbindlichkeiten haben alle Restlaufzeiten bis zu einem Jahr. Die Verbindlichkeiten ( saldiert mit Guthaben ) aus Steuern betragen insgesamt € 21.851.- die Verbindlichkeiten im Rahmen der sozialen Sicherheit belaufen sich auf € 0.- II. Ergebnisverwendung Der Gewinn wird vorgetragen. III.Sonstige Pflichtangaben Im abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahr war Jürgen Thoma alleinige Geschäftsführer. Lagebericht Die Gesellschaft hat im abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahr ein positives Ergebnis erzielt. sonstige Berichtsbestandteile
