ANHANGMA-Polymers GmbH, Düsseldorf zum 31. Dezember 2011 ___________________________________ Bezug nehmend auf die beigefügte Bilanz zum 31. Dezember 2011 der Gesellschaft mache ich entsprechend den gesetzlichen Vorschriften folgende Angaben: 1. Allgemeine Angaben Die Gesellschaft ist aufgrund ihrer Größenmerkmale eine "kleine" Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB und somit gesetzlich nicht prüfungspflichtig. Auf die Erstellung eines Lageberichtes wurde gemäß § 264 Abs. 1 Satz 4 HGB verzichtet. Der Jahresabschluss ist nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt worden. Die Vorjahreszahlen sind nur eingeschränkt vergleichbar, da es sich beim Vorjahr um ein Rumpfwirtschaftsjahr handelt. 2. Angaben zur Gliederung Die Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte unter Berücksichtigung der Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH Gesetzes. Die Gliederung der Bilanz erfolgte nach dem differenzierten Schema des § 266 HGB. 3. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Die Bewertung der Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden erfolgt nach dem Grundsatz der Unternehmensfortführung (Going-Concern-Prinzip gemäß § 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 HGB). Die in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden wurden einzeln bewertet (§ 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 3 HGB). Das Realisationsprinzip und das Imparitätsprinzip sowie der Grundsatz der Vorsicht wurden beachtet (§ 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 4 HGB). Die Forderungen, sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sowie die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nennbetrag angesetzt. Die Rückstellungsbeträge und die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag ausgewiesen, wobei die Rückstellungen aufgrund vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung ermittelt wurden. 4. Sonstige Angaben Alleinvertretungsberechtigte Geschäftsführerin war in 2011 und ist Frau Agnieszka Narloch, Torun / Polen. Sie ist von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. Düsseldorf, den 5.
