Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr vom 1. Februar 2023 bis 31. Januar 2024A. Allgemeine Angaben Die P&BE GmbH mit Sitz in Hamburg ist eingetragen beim Handelsregister des Amtsgericht Hamburgs unter der Registernummer HRB 126086. Der Jahresabschluss ist nach den gesetzlichen Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften der §§ 242 ff. und 264 ff. HGB in Verbindung mit gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB aufgestellt worden. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gegliedert. Um die Klarheit der Darstellung zu verbessern, sind die Angaben zur Mitzugehörigkeit zu anderen Posten und davon-Vermerke ebenfalls an dieser Stelle gemacht worden. B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Allgemein Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses sind im Wesentlichen unverändert die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend gewesen. Finanzanlagen Die Finanzanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet und zum Bilanzstichtag zum beizulegenden Zeitwert ausgewiesen. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Nominalwerten angesetzt. Einzelrisiken und das allgemeine Ausfall- und Kreditrisiko sind durch angemessene Wertabschläge berücksichtigt worden. Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nennwert bilanziert. Aktive und passive latente Steuern Latente Steuern werden auf sich in Folgejahren wieder ausgleichende Differenzen in den handels- und steuerrechtlichen Wertansätzen ermittelt, sofern sich daraus zukünftige Steuerent- oder -belastungen ergeben. Dabei werden auch die quasi-permanenten Differenzen berücksichtigt. Sofern vorhanden, werden Steuerent- und -belastungen in Ausübung des Wahlrechts unverrechnet angesetzt. Die Bewertung der latenten Steuern erfolgt mit dem Steuersatz, der zum Zeitpunkt der voraussichtlichen Umkehrung der Differenzen anzuwenden ist. Dabei handelt es sich um den Steuersatz für Körperschaftsteuer, der 15,83% beträgt. Rückstellungen Rückstellungen werden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten und drohende Verluste aus schwebenden Geschäften unter Berücksichtigung zukünftiger Preis- und Kostenentwicklungen in Höhe des notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags gebildet. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet. C. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Finanzanlagen Die Finanzanlagen betreffen den Kommanditanteil der P&BE GmbH an der Pull & Bear Deutschland B.V. & Co. KG. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände betreffen mit TEUR 7.657 (Vorjahr: TEUR 3.478) Forderungen gegen verbundene Unternehmen. Sie haben wie im Vorjahr eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr. Aktive und passive latente Steuern Es bestehen bei der Pull & Bear Deutschland B.V. & Co. KG, an der die P&BE GmbH einen Kommanditanteil hält, steuerliche Mehrgewinne aus der unterschiedlichen handels- und steuerrechtlichen Behandlung von z.B. Rückstellungen. Rückstellungen Die Rückstellungen sind überwiegend für Verpflichtungen aus Steuern gebildet worden. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten stellen in voller Höhe (Vorjahr: TEUR 609) Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen dar. Sie haben wie im Vorjahr eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr. D. Sonstige Angaben Organe Die Geschäftsführer sind:
Ergebnisverwendung Die Geschäftsführung schlägt der Gesellschafterversammlung vor, den Jahresüberschuss von TEUR 3.349 auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen. Konzernabschluss Die Industria de Diseño Textil S.A., La Coruña/Spanien, erstellt den Konzernabschluss für den größten und den kleinsten Kreis der Konzernunternehmen. Er wird beim zuständigen Handelsregister in La Coruña hinterlegt.
