ANHANGAllgemeine Hinweise Die ATAX GmbH wird beim Amtsgericht München unter der Nummer HRB 185016 geführt. Sie hat ihren Sitz in Holzkirchen mit der Geschäftsanschrift Bergfeldstraße 9, 83607 Holzkirchen (bis Dezember 2016: Tölzer Straße 12, 83607 Holzkirchen). Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft ist nach den in § 267a Abs. 1 HGB bezeichneten Größenmerkmalen als Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft einzustufen. Die Gesellschaft nimmt die Erleichterungsvorschriften des § 264 Abs. 1 Satz 5 HGB in Bezug auf die Erstellung des Anhangs nicht in Anspruch. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gegliedert. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Finanzanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. niedrigeren beizulegenden Werten angesetzt. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nominalwert ausgewiesen. Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und drohenden Verluste aus schwebenden Geschäften. Sie sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags angesetzt. Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Finanzanlagen Die Gesellschaft hielt 15% der Anteile am Gesellschaftskapital der neuraxpharm Arzneimittel GmbH, Langenfeld. Die Anteile wurden im Jahr 2016 vollständig verkauft. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Gesellschaft weist keine Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände zum 31. Dezember 2016 aus. Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände des Vorjahres betreffen Steuerforderungen in Höhe von TEUR 3. Eigenkapital Die Gesellschaft wurde mit einem Stammkapital in Höhe von EUR 25.000,00 gegründet. Das Stammkapital ist in voller Höhe einbezahlt. Verbindlichkeiten Die Gesellschaft weist zum 31. Dezember 2016 keine Verbindlichkeiten aus. Sonstige Angaben Die Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft sind: Dr. Andreas Strüngmann, Arzt, Tegernsee; Dr. Thomas Strüngmann, Dipl.-Kfm., Tegernsee. Die Geschäftsführung erhält für ihre Tätigkeit keine Vergütung. Die Gesellschaft hat keine Mitarbeiter. Gewinnverwendungsvorschlag Die Geschäftsführung schlägt vor, den Jahresüberschuss auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
