ANHANGI. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2016 der G.A.R.D. Ambulanzflugdienst GmbH wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und den ergänzenden Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Von den Erleichterungsmöglichkeiten der §§ 266 Abs. 1, 274a, 276 und 288 HGB für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften wurde bei der Aufstellung von Bilanz, Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung sowie Anhang in eingeschränktem Umfang Gebrauch gemacht. II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sowie das Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zu Nominalwerten bzw. Nennwerten bewertet. Ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten und Risiken wurden in angemessener Höhe berücksichtigt. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Bilanzstichtag mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet. III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Die in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten haben, wie im Vorjahr, eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. IV.
