Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss
Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Die Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern, die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände und das Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten wurden mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Steuerrückstellungen waren durch ertragssteuerliche Verlustvorträge nicht erforderlich. Die sonstige Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Die in der Liquidationseröffnungsbilanz erläuterten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden unverändert fortgeführt. Angaben zur Bilanz Die bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten sind nicht durch Pfandrechte oder ähnliche Rechte gesichert. Haftungsverhältnisse gemäß § 251 HGB bestehen nicht. Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Die Umsatzerlöse umfassen die anteilige Haftungsvergütung von 5% des eingezahlten Kapitals. Der Personalaufwand betrifft die anteilige Geschäftsführervergütung von EUR 2.250,00 (Vorjahr EUR 750,00). Aus der Abrechnung zur Übernahme sämtlicher Auslagen und Aufwendungen durch die BPT 1 GmbH & Co.Vermögensverwaltung KG wurden Erträge aus der Verlustübernahme EUR 4.426,38 (Vorjahr EUR 2.891,10) realisiert. Die Angaben zum Vorjahr beziehen sich dabei auf den Zeitraum vom 01.01.2023 bis zum 31.03.2023. Die durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahres im Unternehmen beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer betrug wie im Vorjahr 0,0. Durch Beschluss der Gesellschafter wurde die Liquidation zum 1. April 2023 beschlossen. Konzernzugehörigkeit Die BPT 1 GmbH i.L. wurde in den Consolidated Financial Statements nach IFRS der BPT Hansa Lux SICAF-SIF (Sitz: 2, rue d`Alsace, L-1122 Luxembourg) zum Stichtag 02.Mai 2023 einbezogen. In diesen Abschluss wurden Werte aus einem Zwischenabschluss zum Stichtag 02.Mai 2023 einbezogen. Im befreienden Konzernabschluss wird bezüglich der Bilanzierungs-, Bewertungs- und Konsolidierungsmethoden von deutschem Recht abgewichen, dieser wird in Luxemburg offengelegt.
