ANHANG1. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss, zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2013 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) i.d.F. des vom Bundesrat am 3. April 2009 verabschiedeten Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) aufgestellt. 2. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Die Forderungen gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen sind mit dem Nominalwert bewertet. Es handelt sich hierbei um kurzfristige Forderungen gegenüber der Schumann Optik GmbH & Co. KG. Sie haben eine Laufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit ihrem Nominalwert bewertet. Sie haben eine Laufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. Die Rückstellungen wurden auf der Grundlage der neuen Fassung des § 253 HGB ermittelt. Anzusetzen ist hierbei der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendige Erfüllungsbetrag gem. § 253 Abs. 1 HGB. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Alle Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Laufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. 3. Erläuterungen zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Für die Form der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. 4. Sonstige Angaben Die GmbH ist unbeschränkt haftende Gesellschafterin der Schumann Optik GmbH & Co. KG. Mit der Geschäftsführung und Vertretung der Gesellschaft waren in 2013 Herr Martin Lück und Herr Paul Joachim Hirsch betraut. Beide Geschäftsführer sind alleinvertretungs-berechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. WEITERE DATENDie Geschäftsführung, im September 2014 Die Feststellung bzw.
