Anhang zum Jahresabschluss 2007A. Allgemeine AngabenDie Gesellschaft befindet sich in der Insolvenz. Die Eröffnung des Insolvenzverfahrens erfolgte am 17.11.2004. Das Amtsgericht Charlottenburg von Berlin hat
zum Insolvenzverwalter bestellt. Bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses wurden die Vorschriften des HGB und des GmbHG angewandt. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches wurde Gebrauch gemacht. Vermerke wurden -soweit zulässig- in den Anhang übernommen. B. Erläuterung zu den Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenDie Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden sind an den ertragsteuerlichen Vorschriften ausgerichtet worden. Hierbei wurde berücksichtigt, dass die Gesellschaft nicht fortgeführt wird. Die Wertansätze orientierten sich an dem Insolvenzgutachten bzw. den Berichten des Insolvenzverwalters. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennbetrag ausgewiesen. Soweit ein Wertberichtigungsbedarf erkennbar war, wurde dieser entsprechend berücksichtigt. Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt worden, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. C. Erläuterungen zu einzelnen PostenForderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände Die Forderungen beinhalten keine Beträge mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr. Rückstellungen In den Rückstellungen werden die vom Insolvenzverwalter bestrittenen Tabellenforderungen und die Verfahrenskosten ausgewiesen. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von 435.141,69 Euro haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.
