AnhangI. Allgemeine Angaben Im Hinblick auf das Unterschreiten der Werte in Anwendung der Definition der Größenklassen nach § 267 HGB ist die Gesellschaft sowohl im Jahr 2009 als auch im Jahr 2010 gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Die Bilanzierung und Bewertung wurde nach den allgemeinen Bestimmungen der §§ 242 bis 256 HGB sowie der Sondervorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften nach §§ 264 bis 283 HGB vorgenommen und ist im wesentlichen an den ertragsteuerlichen Vorschriften ausgerichtet. Die Gliederung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren nach § 275 Abs. 2 HGB vorgenommen. Die Sachanlagen sind mit den um die planmäßigen Abschreibungen verminderten Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten bewertet. Die Abschreibungen erfolgten nach der linearen Methode in betriebsnotwendigem Umfang in Anlehnung an die amtlichen Abschreibungstabellen des Bundesministers der Finanzen. Die Bewertung der Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen erfolgte zum Nennwert. Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit den Nominalwerten angesetzt. Die Steuerrückstellungen und die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen auf der Grundlage vorsichtiger Beurteilung. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. III. Angaben zur Bilanz Die Aufgliederung und Entwicklung der in der Bilanz erfassten Anlagegenstände im Jahr 2010 ist in einer separaten Anlage dargestellt. Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschafter betragen Euro 0,00 (Vorjahr: Euro 12.624,00). Die Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschafter betragen Euro 4.382,48 (Vorjahr: Euro 0,00). IV. Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Die Gliederung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren nach § 275 Abs. 2 HGB vorgenommen. V. Sonstige Angaben Im abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahr war Herr Henning Oldenburg, Kaufmann, München als Geschäftsführer tätig.
