Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2013I. Allgemeine BemerkungenDer Jahresabschluss auf den 31. Dezember 2013 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften (§ 267 Abs. 1 HGB) sowie den ergänzend zu berücksichtigenden Vorschriften zur Bilanz gemäß § 42 GmbHG erstellt. Die Gliederung folgt jedoch den Vorschriften für große Kapitalgesellschaften nach dem in § 266 HGB vorgeschriebenen Gliederungsschema. Veränderungen gegenüber der Gliederung im Vorjahr haben sich nicht ergeben. Auf die Erstellung eines Lageberichtes wurde gemäß § 264 Abs. 1 Satz 4 HGB verzichtet. II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsgrundsätzenDie Finanzanlagen werden grundsätzlich mit den Anschaffungskosten oder dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert bewertet. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Nennwerten angesetzt. Das Stammkapital von T€ 25,0 ist in voller Höhe eingezahlt. Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Die Bewertung der Verbindlichkeiten erfolgt zu den jeweiligen Erfüllungsbeträgen. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren angewandt. III. Sonstige AngabenGemeinsam vertretungsberechtigte Geschäftsführer sind Herr Olaf Kunkat, Kaufmann, und Herr Manfred Schoenbach, Kaufmann. Angaben zum Anteilsbesitz gemäß § 285 Nr. 11 HGB für folgende Beteiligungsunternehmen:
