ANHANGDie Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Der Jahresabschluss der Decorado GmbH wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt, die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren. Erläuterungen zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätzen Die Bilanzierungs-und Bewertungsmethoden wurden unverändert fortgeführt. Größenabhängige Erleichterungen gemäß § 268 Abs. 1 HGB wurden angewandt. Aktivseite Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Anschaffungskosten bilanziert und entsprechend ihrer Nutzungsdauer um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Sachanlagen sind mit den Anschaffungskosten bewertet, vermindert um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Risikobehaftete Posten sind durch Bildung entsprechender Einzelwertberichtigungen Rechnung getragen. Dem allgemeinen Ausfallrisiko der Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurde durch Bildung einer Pauschalwertberichtigung in Höhe von 1 % Rechnung getragen. Kassenbestand und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind mit dem Nominalwert bilanziert. Die aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten enthalten Auszahlungen, soweit sie Aufwendungen nach dem 31.01.2015 darstellen. Passivseite Rückstellungen sind nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung nach Art und Höhe angesetzt. Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt und enthalten keine Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren; ebenfalls keine, die durch Pfandrechte oder ähnliche Rechte gesichert sind.
