ANHANGGliederung und Darstellung Die Bilanz wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 266 ff. HGB in Kontoform aufgestellt. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Anlagevermögen Die Abschreibung auf Zugänge des Anlagevermögens erfolgte zeitanteilig unter Anwendung der steuerlichen Erleichterungsvorschriften. Der Übergang von der degressiven zur linearen Abschreibung erfolgt in den Fällen, in denen dies zu einer höheren Jahresabschreibung führt. Verbindlichkeiten Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte über den Rückzahlungsbeträgen lagen, wurden die Verbindlichkeiten zum höheren Tageswert angesetzt. Die Bilanzierung erfolgte vor der Verwendung des Jahresergebnisses. Sonstige Angaben Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte der Gesellschaft durch folgende Personen geführt: - Herrn Dr. Oliver Grasl Ergebnisverwendung und Rücklagenbildung Die Geschäftsführung schlägt der Gesellschafterversammlung folgende Verwendung des Jahresergebnisses vor:
Betriebsgröß e Die Berichtsfirma ist zum Abschlusszeitpunkt im Sinne dieser Vorschriften als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft einzustufen. Feststellung Der Jahresabschluß wurde am 11. Februar 2011 festgestellt und genehmigt.
