ANHANGALLGEMEINES Der Jahresabschluss der MPC Partners GmbH für das Rumpfgeschäftsjahr vom 30. August 2023 bis zum 31. Dezember 2023 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB und richtet sich bei der Bilanzierung und Bewertung nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB sowie nach den für Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften der §§ 264 HGB und den Vorschriften des GmbHG. Die Gesellschaft wendet bei der Gliederung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung das Gesamtkostenverfahren an. Von den ihr eingeräumten Erleichterungen bei der Aufstellung des Anhangs gemäß § 288 HGB macht die Gesellschaft teilweise Gebrauch. Die Gesellschaft verzichtet gemäß § 264 Abs. 1 HGB auf die Aufstellung eines Lageberichtes. BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSGRUNDSÄTZE Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten, solche mit zeitlich begrenzter Nutzungsdauer vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, angesetzt. Die Abschreibungen werden nach der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer ermittelt. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis EUR 800 werden als geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter sofort abgeschrieben. Forderungen und Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert bzw. mit dem am Bilanzstichtag beizulegenden niedrigeren Wert angesetzt. Zur Abdeckung des allgemeinen Kreditrisikos wird keine Pauschalwertberichtigung auf Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen gebildet. Es bestehen keine Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von über einem Jahr. Liquide Mittel werden mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Das Gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennwert bewertet.
Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Es bestehen Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von TEUR 73. Es bestehen keine Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von über einem Jahr. SONSTIGE ANGABEN Haftfungsverhältnisse gemäß § 251 HGB Zum Stichtag 31. Dezember 2023 bestanden die keine Haftungsverhältnisse in Form von Bürgschaftsverpflichtungen gemäß § 251 HGB i. V. m. § 268 Abs. 7 HGB. Personal Zum Stichtag 31. Dezember 2023 wurden zwei Geschäftsführer und sieben Mitarbeiter beschäftigt. Geschäftsführung und Vertretungsbefugnis Mitglieder der Geschäftsführung sind: Frau Melanie Yassine-Sahyouni, Grünwald, Herr Sascha Yassine-Sahyouni, Grünwald.
