AnhangAllgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss der PlasmAcute GmbH für das Geschäftsjahr 2010 wurde nach den Vorschriften des HGB und des GmbHG aufgestellt. Bei der erstmaligen Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses nach dem Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetz (BilMoG) wurden die Vorjahresvergleichszahlen auf Grund des Wahlrechts des Art. 67 Abs. 8 Satz 2 EGHGB nicht angepasst. Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen. Für bewegliche Wirtschaftsgüter des Anlagevermögens mit Anschaffungskosten von mehr als 150,00 Euro aber nicht mehr als 1.000,00 € wurde ein Sammelposten gebildet und linear über 5 Jahre abgeschrieben Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind mit ihrem Nominalwert bewertet. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen erfassen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten und sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Rückstellungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr werden mit dem ihrer Restlaufzeit entsprechenden Marktzinssatz abgezinst. Liquide Mittel sind mit ihren Nennbetrag erfasst. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz Es wird ein negatives Eigenkapital in Höhe von -572.341,43 € ausgewiesen. Die Verbindlichkeiten haben wie im Vorjahr eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. Sie beinhalten in Höhe von 106.560,95 € (Vorjahr: 79.510,77 €) Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern. Sonstige Pflichtangaben Als Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft wurden bestellt: Prof. Dr. Dr. Andreas Pfützner, Mainz Dr. Jochen Felbel, Wiesbaden Die Geschäftsführer sind von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
