Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um lineare Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die Forderungen aus Lieferung und Leistung wurden mit ihrem Nennwert angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Riskiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Die Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferung und Leistung wurden mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Angaben zur Bilanz Unfertige Leistungen lagen zum Bilanzstichtag nicht mehr vor. Sämtliche Forderungen aus Lieferung und Leistung sind durch Einzelaufstellung nachgewiesen. Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.
