Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 20121. Allgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss 2012 wurde nach den gesetzlichen Vorschriften des HGB und des GmbHG erstellt. Die Gesellschaft ist gem. den Größenklassen des §267 als kleine Gesellschaft klassifiziert und nimmt die entsprechenden Erleichterungsvorschriften des HGB in Anspruch. Für die Bilanzierung werden sämtliche (direkt oder indirekt) im Mehrheitsbesitz der Familienstiftung Becker & Kries stehenden Unternehmen als nahestehende Unternehmen bezeichnet, soweit keine verbundenen Unternehmen oder Unternehmen, mit denen ein Beteiligungsverhältnis besteht, vorliegen. 2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Aktiva Der Bewertung des Umlaufvermögens liegt das strenge Niederstwertprinzip zugrunde. Forderungen sind mit ihren Nominalbeträgen angesetzt. Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Passiva Die Passiva sind mit den Nominal- bzw. Rückzahlungsbeträgen bewertet. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihren Rückzahlungsbeträgen angesetzt. 3. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Anlagenspiegel Anlagevermögen
1) Mit Kaufvertrag vom 17. April 2007, beurkundet von Notar Dietrich Wicke, Berlin, UR-Nr. 323/2007 hat die Gesellschaft die Flurstücke 224 und 225 - Ullsteinstr. 110-112 - in Berlin-Tempelhof erworben. 2) Mit Fertigstellung zum 11.6.2008 wurden auf dem Grundstück befestigte Parkplätze errichtet. Die Nutzungsdauer beträgt 9 Jahre. Außerdem wurde eine beleuchtete Schrankenanlage mit einer Nutzungsdauer von 10 Jahren im Dezember 2012 fertiggestellt. 3.1 sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Posten, die rechtlich erst nach dem Bilanzstichtag entstehen sowie Restlaufzeiten von mehr als einem Jahr, bestehen nicht. 3.2 Gezeichnetes Kapital Das Stammkapital beträgt EUR 25.000,00. In 2012 wurde eine Kapitalrücklage von € 50.000,00 per Beschluss eingezahlt. 3.3 Verlustvortrag sowie Jahresfehlbetrag Der Jahresüberschuss wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen. 3.4 Verbindlichkeiten Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr bestehen nicht. 4. 5. Sonstige Angaben 5.1 Handelsregister Die IP 1 GmbH ist am 17.04.2007 mit Sitz in Berlin (Urkundenrolle Nr. 317/2007 unter der Nr. HRB 107287 B im Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Berlin-Charlottenburg eingetragen. 5.2 Geschäftsführung Als Geschäftsführer waren im Geschäftsjahr 2012 bestellt: - Herr Theodor Honrath, Berlin, Dipl.-Betriebswirt - Herr Dr. Christian Kube, Berlin, Dipl.
