AnhangRechtliche Verhältnisse
Steuerrechtliche VerhältnisseDas Unternehmen unterliegt der Regelbesteuerung gem. den §§ 16 bis 18 des UStG. Der Gewerbebetrieb unterliegt der Gewerbesteuerpflicht gem. § 2 Abs. 1 GewStG. Im Rahmen der Abschlusserstellung wurden die Berechnungen der Gewerbesteuer und der Körperschaftsteuer vorgenommen. BuchführungFür das Unternehmen besteht nach § 238 HGB Buchführungspflicht. Das Unternehmen hat eine den gesetzlichen Vorschriften entsprechende Buchführung selbst erstellt. Vorliegender Jahresabschluss wurde unter Anwendung des DATEV- Finanzbuchführungs- systems und nach den DATEV-Richtlinien erstellt. Die Ordnungsmäßigkeit des DATEV-Buchführungsprogrammes wurde durch Einzelsystemprüfung einer unabhängigen Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft bestätigt. Eine sachgemäße Anwendung des geprüften Systems lag vor. JahresabschlussDer Jahresabschluss der Future PR GmbH, 20148 Hamburg, wurde auf Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches erstellt. Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu den Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Wirtschaftsgüter im Geschäftsjahr linear vorgenommen. Bewegliche Gegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von EUR 150,00 wurden gemäß § 6 Abs. 2 EStG im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben. Für Wirtschaftsgüter des Sachanlagevermögens mit Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten zwischen EUR 150,01 und EUR 1.000,00 wurde gemäß § 6 Abs. 2a EStG ein Sammelposten gebildet, der im Bilanzierungszeitraum und in den folgenden vier Jahren linear abgeschrieben wird. Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbarer Risiken (Einzel- und Pauschalwertberichtigung) angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihren Rückzahlungsbeträgen bilanziert und sind nicht durch Pfandrechte gesichert. Die Gliederung und Bewertung der Bilanz- sowie der Gewinn- und Verlustposten entsprechen den gesetzlichen Vorschriften. ErläuterungenRückstellungen Abschluss- und Prüfungskosten für das Kalenderjahr 2010 wurden in Höhe von EUR 800,00 auf dem Konto 0977 passiviert. Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen Die Verbindlichkeiten gegen Caroline Rhein in Höhe von EUR 518,40 wurden auf dem Konto 1650 ausgewiesen. Sonstige Angaben Während des Geschäftsjahres 2010 wurde das Unternehmen vom alleinigen Geschäftsführer Herrn Robert Rhein geführt.
