ANHANGI. Vorbemerkungen Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 264 Abs. 1 i.V.m. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Die Bilanz sowie die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung sind entsprechend den Gliederungsschemata der §§ 266, 275 HGB erstellt, wobei für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung das Gesamtkostenverfahren zur Anwendung kommt. II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze 1. Allgemeines Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des HGB aufgestellt. Darüber hinaus wurden die Vorschriften des GmbHG beachtet. 2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Umlaufvermögen Liquide Mittel sind mit dem Nominalbetrag des Kassenbestandes und der Bankguthaben angesetzt. Verbindlichkeiten Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. III. Ergebnisverwendung Der Geschäftsführer schlägt vor, den Jahresfehlbetrag in Höhe von 1.554,50 EUR auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen. IV. Sonstige Angaben Die Geschäftsführung oblag im Geschäftsjahr ausschließlich Herrn Frank Matthias Jeroma. Der Jahresabschluss wurde durch Gesellschafterversammlung am 07.12.2010 verbindlich festgestellt und beschlossen.
