Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB unter der Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften im Sinne des § 267 HGB aufgestellt. Aus dem Gesellschaftsvertrag ergeben sich keine ergänzenden Bestimmungen. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen, die für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gelten, wurde Gebrauch gemacht. Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, wurden insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wird das Gliederungsschema des Gesamtkostenverfahrens angewandt. 2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften sind grundsätzlich unverändert zum Vorjahr angewendet worden. Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren im Wesentlichen unverändert die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs - und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend. Bei den Finanzanlagen werden die Anteilsrechte zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. niedrigeren beizulegenden Werten angesetzt. Abwertungen auf den niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert am Abschlussstichtag erfolgen ausschließlich, wenn die Wertminderung nicht von nur vorübergehender Dauer ist. Die unbaren liquiden Mittel der Gesellschaft befinden sich bei dem Zahlungsinstitut Olinda SAS (Handelsname Qonto), welches in Europa über keine Banklizenz verfügt. Der Ausweis der unbaren liquiden Mittel erfolgt daher in den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen (70.962,67 EUR, Vorjahr 0 EUR). Im Vorjahr bestanden Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten, welche über eine Banklizenz verfügen und daher als solche in der Bilanz ausgewiesen wurden. Als Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten werden auf der Aktivseite Ausgaben vor dem Abschlussstichtag ausgewiesen, soweit sie Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tag darstellen. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert bzw. mit dem am Bilanzstichtag beizulegenden niedrigeren Wert angesetzt. Bankguthaben werden mit den Nominalwerten ausgewiesen. Das Eigenkapital wird mit den Nominalwerten angesetzt. Die ausgewiesenen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Sie werden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. 3. Angaben zur Bilanz und zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Ein Anlagespiegel wird gem. § 288 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 HGB nicht aufgestellt. Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten hatten eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. In den Verbindlichkeiten sind Verbindlichkeiten gegen Gesellschafterin Höhe von TEUR 400 (Vorjahr: TEUR 100) enthalten. Diese entfallen in voller Höhe auf sonstige Verbindlichkeiten. 4. Sonstige Pflichtangaben 4.1 Arbeitnehmeranzahl Im Geschäftsjahr wurden keine Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt. 4.2 Mitglieder der Geschäftsführung Der Geschäftsführung der Gesellschaft gehörten im Geschäftsjahr an: - Herr Enrico Ohnemüller, Berlin - Herr Levent Altunel, Berlin Berlin, 13.
