ANHANG ZUM 31. DEZEMBER 2019(§§ 284 ff. HGB)I. ALLGEMEINE ANGABEN Das Unternehmen führt die Firma "AWT Audit GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft" und hat seinen Sitz in Stuttgart. Die Gesellschaft ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Stuttgart unter der Nummer HRB 774536 eingetragen. Die Gesellschaft ist durch die am 23. Juni 2020 beschlossene formwechselnde Umwandlung der AWT AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Stuttgart, (Amtsgericht Stuttgart HRB 25350) entstanden. Der Jahresabschluss ist unter Anwendung der Bilanzierungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und den Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt worden. Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden sind gegenüber dem Vorjahr grundsätzlich beibehalten worden. Es wurde von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungsvorschriften für "kleine Kapitalgesellschaften" gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB Gebrauch gemacht. II. ANGABEN ZU DEN BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSMETHODEN 1. Bilanzierungsmethoden Die Gliederung der Bilanz erfolgt unter Anwendung des § 266 Abs. 2 und 3 HGB. 2. Bewertungsmethoden Einzelne Posten wurden wie folgt bewertet: a) Anlagevermögen Die Beteiligungen sind zu Anschaffungskosten, einschließlich Nebenkosten, angesetzt. b) Umlaufvermögen Forderungen, sonstige Vermögensgegenstände und flüssige Mittel sind grundsätzlich zum Nennwert angesetzt. c) Rückstellungen Die Rückstellungen sind so bemessen, dass allen erkennbaren Risiken Rechnung getragen wird. Sie sind in Höhe des nach kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. d) Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. III. ERLÄUTERUNGEN ZUR BILANZ 1. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben, wie auch im Vorjahr, eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. In den Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen sind Forderungen an die Gesellschafter in Höhe von EURO 107.670,21 (im Vorjahr EURO 105.597,98) enthalten. 2. Eigenkapital Das gezeichnete Kapital beträgt EURO 50.000,00 und ist eingeteilt in 50.000 Geschäftsanteile zu nominal je EURO 1,00. 3. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten haben, wie auch im Vorjahr, eine Laufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr. In den Verbindlichkeiten sind Verbindlichkeiten gegen Gesellschafter in Höhe von EURO 57.600,00 (im Vorjahr EURO 624.000,00) enthalten. IV. SONSTIGE ANGABEN Arbeitnehmerzahl (§ 267 HGB) Im Geschäftsjahr 2019 waren keine Mitarbeiter beschäftigt.
