ANHANG

1. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Anhang berücksichtigt die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) sowie den ergänzenden Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes und den Vorgaben der Satzung aufgestellt.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Der Jahresabschluss enthält keine Vorjahreszahlen, da es sich um den ersten Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft handelt.

2. Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Die liquiden Mittel wurden zum Nennwert bilanziert.

Die Aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten betreffen bereits geleistete Zahlungen, soweit diese Aufwendungen eine bestimmte Zeit nach dem Bilanzstichtag betreffen.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des voraussichtlichen Erfüllungsbetrages für alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken angemessen berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.
