AnhangDer Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt. Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt. Anmerkung und Unterschrift der Geschäftsführung: Ein Anhang war nach § 267a HGB i. d. F. des MicroBilG nicht zu erstellen, da die dortigen Wertgrenzen nicht überschritten sind. Haftungsverhältnisse waren nicht auszuweisen (§ 251 HGB i.V.m. § 268 Abs. 7 HGB). Als Geschäftsführer unterzeichne ich den vorstehenden Jahresabschluss der Ameko Projekt GmbH, Ziegelstr. 36a, 63579 Freigericht, bestehend aus Bilanz zum 31.12.2023 und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung für die Zeit vom 01.01.2023 bis 31.12.2023 wie folgt:

Eine Beurteilung der Ordnungsmäßigkeit dieser Unterlagen und der Angaben des Unternehmens war nicht Gegenstand meines Auftrags.
