Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. 4. Sonstige Angaben Arbeitnehmer Die Gesellschaft beschäftigt keine eigenen Mitarbeiter. Konzernklausel Otto (GmbH & Co. KG), Hamburg, als unmittelbares Mutterunternehmen der Gesellschaft, erstellt einen Konzernabschluss für den kleinsten Kreis der Konzernunternehmen und legt diesen offen.
