AnhangVasgard GmbH, Hamburg Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr vom 1. Januar bis zum 31. Dezember 2023 I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Unternehmen Die Vasgard GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Hamburg. Sie ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Hamburg unter HRB 113113 eingetragen. II. Allgemeine Angaben zu Inhalt und Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses Der Jahresabschluss ist nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) und des GmbHG aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gem. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist grundsätzlich unter Beibehaltung der für den Vorjahresabschluss angewendeten Gliederungsgrundsätze nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. III. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die selbst geschaffenen immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände werden gem. § 255 Abs. 2a HGB mit den bei deren Entwicklung anfallenden Herstellungskosten bewertet. Diese entsprechen den Vollkosten (§ 255 Abs. 2 HGB) und werden ab Fertigstellung über eine Nutzungsdauer von 10 Jahren abgeschrieben. Die entgeltlich erworbenen immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen (Nutzungsdauer: 3 Jahre), angesetzt. Sachanlagen werden mit den Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten abzüglich der planmäßigen linearen Abschreibungen (Nutzungsdauer: 1 - 13 Jahre) bilanziert. Die Finanzanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten oder dem am Bilanzstichtag niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert ausgewiesen. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nennwert oder dem am Bilanzstichtag niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Die Forderungen werden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Einzelrisiken und des allgemeinen Kreditrisikos bewertet. Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sowie Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten werden mit ihren Nominalwerten angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen erfassen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Rückstellungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr werden mit dem ihrer Restlaufzeit entsprechenden durchschnittlichen Marktzinssatz der vergangenen sieben Geschäftsjahre abgezinst. Die ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet. IV. Sonstige Pflichtangaben Die Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter stellen Darlehen an Geschäftsführer in Höhe von € 34.000,00 dar. Die Laufzeit des Darlehens beträgt 1 Jahr und wird mit 3% p.a. verzinst. Im Jahresdurchschnitt wurden 29,00 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt. Zum Bilanzstichtag bestanden sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen in Höhe von € 150.420,00 aus Miet- und Leasingverträgen mit einer Laufzeit von längstens zwei Jahren.
