Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2010
Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen GmbH gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HBG auf. Die Gesellschaft wurde im Geschäftsjahr 2009 gegründet, somit beziehen sich die ausgewiesenen Vorjahreswerte auf ein Rumpfwirtschaftsjahr. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde im Berichtsjahr nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.
Im Einzelnen wurden folgende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden angewendet: Die geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter (bis unter 150,00 €) werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben. Für die bis zum 31. Dezember 2009 angeschafften geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter (150 € bis 1.000 €) wurde entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften (§ 6 Abs. 2a EStG) ein Sammelposten, der über einen Zeitraum von fünf Jahren aufzulösen ist, gebildet. Gemäß Art. 67 Abs. 4 Satz 1 EGHGB wird der Sammelposten fortgeführt. Bei den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurden erkennbare Einzelrisiken durch Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. Gemäß § 272 Abs. 1 Satz 3 HGB in der Fassung des BilMoG werden im Berichtsjahr die nicht eingeforderten ausstehenden Einlagen auf das gezeichnete Kapital erstmals von dem Posten "Gezeichnetes Kapital" offen abgesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten.
Im Geschäftsjahr erfolgte die Geschäftsführung der Avalogix GmbH durch die Geschäftsführer Herr Christof Wessjohann, Kaufmann, Cappeln Herr Andreas Köbsel, Kaufmann, Rhede. Die Geschäftsführer vertreten die Gesellschaft stets allein und sind von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
