Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2010Dieser wurde aus dem vollständigen Jahresabschluss wegen der Inanspruchnahme von Erleichterungen gemäß § 326 HGB abgeleitet. A. Allgemeine AngabenDer Abschluss der Fourtysix Rechenzentrum GmbH ist nach den handelsrechtlichen Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften und nach den Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Der Jahresabschluss wurde in Euro aufgestellt. Vorjahreswerte sind im Anhang durch Klammerzusatz angegeben. Im Geschäftsjahr 2010 erfolgte die Umstellung auf das Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetz. Die Vorjahreszahlen wurden nicht angepasst. B. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenDie Bewertung der im Jahresabschluss ausgewiesenen Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden erfolgte nach den allgemeinen Grundsätzen des § 252 HGB unter Beachtung der für Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften. Erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen bewertet. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden grundsätzlich mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten wurden zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Als aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten werden Ausgaben vor dem Abschlussstichtag, soweit sie Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tag darstellen, ausgewiesen. Das gezeichnete Kapital wurde zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken aus ungewissen Verpflichtungen und sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Als passive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten werden Einnahmen vor dem Abschlussstichtag, soweit sie Ertrag für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tag darstellen, ausgewiesen. C. Erläuterungen zur BilanzUmlaufvermögen In den Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen sind Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen gegen verbundene Unternehmen i. H. v. € 0,00 (VJ € 11.318,88) und sonstige Forderungen gegen verbundene Unternehmen i. H. v. € 51.116,41 (VJ € 32.988,77) enthalten. Sämtliche Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind vor Ablauf eines Jahres fällig. Eigenkapital Im Bilanzgewinn ist ein Gewinnvortrag i. H. v. € 43.635,81 (VJ € 6.061,36) enthalten. Verbindlichkeiten Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben wie im Vorjahr eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. Haftungsverhältnisse Haftungsverhältnisse nach § 251 HGB bestehen nicht. D. Sonstige AngabenOrgane Geschäftsführer sind Frau Sara Marburg und Herr Jochen Tuchbreiter. Der Jahresabschluss wurde am 05.04.2011 festgestellt.
