Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2015(zur gemäß § 266 Abs. 1 Satz 3 HGB verkürzten Bilanz)1. Allgemeine AngabenDer Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft für das Geschäftsjahr 2015 wurde wie im Vorjahr nach den für Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des HGB aufgestellt. Das gesetzliche Gliederungsschema des § 266 HGB wurde angewandt. Von den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften bestehenden Erleichterungen bei der Gliederung der Bilanz wurde gem. § 266 HGB im Rahmen der Offenlegung Gebrauch gemacht. Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Die in § 288 HGB vorgesehenen Erleichterungsmöglichkeiten für den Umfang der Darstellungen im Anhang wurden teilweise in Anspruch genommen. 2. Angaben zur Bilanz2.1 Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Das Finanzanlagevermögen wurde mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Forderungen, sonstige Vermögensgegenstände und flüssige Mittel sind mit dem Nennwert bilanziert. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle bis zur Bilanzerstellung bekannt gewordenen Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen, die das abgelaufene Geschäftsjahr betreffen. Sie sind in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt worden, der dem vorsichtig geschätzten Erfüllungsbetrag entspricht. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. 2.2 Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern betreffen Darlehen (TEUR 10.893) sowie Zinsen (TEUR 55). Haftungsverhältnisse Haftungsverhältnisse gemäß § 251 HGB bestanden am Bilanzstichtag nicht. 3. Sonstige AngabenBeteiligung Die Gesellschaft ist als atypisch stille Gesellschafterin an der Potenberg Grundstücksverwaltung GmbH & Co. KG mit einer Einlage von EUR 13 Mio. beteiligt.
