Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss
Die Gesellschaft hat mit Beschluss vom 03. März 2022 ihre Firma geändert, die bisherige Firma lautete Medicinisto AG. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die in Entwicklung befindlichen selbst geschaffenen Immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände betreffen die von der Gesellschaft entwickelte "Arzneimittelinformationsplattform". Die Bewertung erfolgte mit den bis zum Stichtag angefallenen Herstellungskosten. Die Gesellschaft hat damit von Ihrem Ansatzwahlrecht nach §248 (2) HGB Gebrauch gemacht. Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten bis 800,00 Euro wurden im Zugangsjahr vollständig abgeschrieben. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen. Soweit bei Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens voraussichtlich dauernde Wertminderungen vorlagen, wurden außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen vorgenommen, um diese mit dem niedrigeren Wert anzusetzen, der ihnen am Abschlussstichtag beizulegen war. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken grundsätzlich mit dem Nennwert bewertet. Die liquiden Mittel wurden mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Das Grundkapital ist mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Ausgabeaufschläge im Zusammenhang mit Kapitalerhöhungen wurden in die Kapitalrücklage eingestellt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Die Bewertung erfolgte mit dem nach kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Gegenüber dem Vorjahr abweichende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt.
