Allgemeine Angaben zum JahresabschlussDie Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267a Abs. 1 HGB auf. II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenDas Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten oder Herstellungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen angesetzt. Dabei wird die lineare Abschreibungsmethode pro rata temporis zugrunde gelegt. Die Bewertung der Forderungen erfolgt zum Nennwert oder zum niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert. Die Bewertung der liquiden Mittel erfolgt zum Nennwert. Das Eigenkapital ist zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und werden in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. III. Angaben zur BilanzDie Verbindlichkeiten enthalten Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von 1.369.714,11 €. Die Verbindlichkeiten weisen folgende Restlaufzeiten aus:
Durch Grundpfandrechte sind Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von 2.803.647,27 € besichert. IV. Angaben zur Gewinn- und VerlustrechnungDie Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren (§ 275 Abs. 2 HGB) aufgestellt. Die Zinsen und ähnliche Aufwendungen beinhalten Zinsaufwendungen gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen in Höhe von 59.668,77 €. V. Sonstige AngabenIm Geschäftsjahr 2014 waren zu Geschäftsführern bestellt:
Die Geschäftsführer erhielten im Geschäftsjahr 2014 keine Bezüge. Alleinige Gesellschafterin der Fortress MSC II GmbH ist die Fortress Multi-Service Center Second Holding GmbH mit Sitz in Meerbusch. Die Fortress Multi-Service Center Second Holding GmbH ist gemäß § 293 Abs. 1 HGB von der Verpflichtung zur Erstellung eines Konzernabschlusses befreit.
