ANHANG FÜR DAS GESCHÄFTSJAHR 2011I. Bilanzierungsgrundsätze Die Gesellschaft ist als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) einzustufen. Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß der §§ 242 ff. und 264 ff. HGB sowie den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt. Die neuen Vorschriften des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) wurden, soweit anzuwenden, beachtet. Bei der Gesellschaft haben sich keine wesentlichen Auswirkungen aus der Anwendung der Vorschriften des BiIMoG ergeben. Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, wurden grundsätzlich im Anhang gemacht. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. II. Bewertungsgrundsätze Die Bewertung wurde nach den allgemeinen Bestimmungen der §§ 252 bis 256 HGB sowie den besonderen Bewertungsvorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 279 bis 283 HGB) vorgenommen. Vorräte werden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten unter Beachtung des Niederstwertprinzips angesetzt. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert oder dem am Bilanzstichtag niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Erkennbaren Ausfallrisiken wird durch die Bildung von Einzelwertberichtigungen ausreichend Rechnung getragen. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages passiviert. Sie berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. III. Erläuterungen zur Bila nz zum 31.12.2011 1. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände betreffen das marktüblich verzinste Darlehen an den Gesellschafter Herr Dr. Michael Verfürth in einer Höhe von € 32.277,69 (Vorjahr: € 31.529,85). 2. Rückstellungen Die sonstigen Rückstellungen betreffen die Kosten der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses 2011. 3. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr betragen € 0,00 (Vorjahr: € 0,00). Der Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren beträgt € 0,00 (Vorjahr: € 0,00). IV. Sonstige Angaben 1. Angaben zu Geschäftsführungsorganen Die Gesellschaft wird durch ihren Geschäftsführer Herr Dr. Michael Verfürth vertreten.
