ANHANG FÜR DAS GESCHÄFTSJAHR 20211. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Die LIB GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Minden und ist eingetragen in das Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Bad Oeynhausen unter HRB 16931. Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 bis 256a HGB sowie der §§ 264 bis 288 HGB in Anwendung der Vorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften aufgestellt. Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze sind gegenüber dem Vorjahr grundsätzlich unverändert angewandt worden. 2. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Vermögensgegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens werden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibung bewertet. Bei der Bemessung der Nutzungsdauer beim Sachanlagevermögen stellen wir auf die betrieblichen Erfahrungen ab, die sich weitgehend mit den Angaben in den steuerlichen AfA-Tabellen decken. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände bewerten wir unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken. Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt worden. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit den Erfüllungsbeträgen passiviert. 3. Angaben zur Bilanz Passivierungspflichtige Rückstellungen werden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung bemessen. Verbindlichkeitenspiegel Die Verbindlichkeiten sind wie folgt fällig:
Abkürzung: GS = Grundschuld Für die Verbindlichkeiten bestehen unsererseits nur im üblichen Umfang branchenübliche bzw. kraft Gesetzes entstandene Sicherheiten. 4. Sonstige Angaben Gemäß Vorschlag der Geschäftsführung wird der Jahresüberschuss auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen. Wir hatten im Berichtsjahr keine Beschäftigten. Zu unseren Geschäftsführern sind Herr Jens-Oliver Jösting und Herr Lars Hölkemeier bestellt. 5. Nachtragsbericht Nach Abschluss des Geschäftsjahres 2021 sind keine Vorgänge von besonderer Bedeutung eingetreten.
