HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG und des Gesellschaftsvertrages aufgestellt. Es gelten die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Um die Klarheit der Darstellung zu verbessern, sind einzelne Posten der Bilanz sowie der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung zusammengefasst und daher in diesem Anhang gesondert aufgegliedert und erläutert, soweit dieses erforderlich ist. Aus dem gleichen Grunde wurden die Angaben zur Mitzugehörigkeit zu anderen Posten der Bilanz ebenfalls an dieser Stelle gemacht. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenständesind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Unverzinsliche Forderungen mit einer Laufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr sind, soweit vorhanden, abgezinst. Die Rückstellungenberücksichtigen alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und drohenden Verluste aus schwebenden Geschäften. Sie sind in der Höhe angesetzt, die nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Verbindlichkeitensind zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände enthalten TEUR 4 Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen in Höhe von TEUR 11 wurden für ausstehende Abschlusskosten gebildet. Verbindlichkeiten Die Restlaufzeiten und die Besicherung der Verbindlichkeiten sind im Verbindlichkeitenspiegel im Einzelnen dargestellt. Verbindlichkeitenspiegel in TEUR
Die sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten enthalten TEUR 0 Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern. Haftungsverhältnisse bestanden zum Bilanzstichtag nicht. Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungenbestanden zum Bilanzstichtag nicht. Vorschüsse und Kredite an Mitglieder der Geschäftsführung sowie Haftungsverhältnisse zugunsten von Mitgliedern der Geschäftsführungbestanden zum Bilanzstichtag nicht. Sonstige Angaben Am 13. Dezember 2016 hat die Gesellschafterversammlung beschlossen, die Gesellschaft mit Ablauf des 31. Dezember 2016 aufzulösen.
