Anhang Allgemeine Angaben und Erläuterungen Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2023 ist nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Die Gesellschaft ist als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB einzustufen. Die Schuh-Mode Gerlspeck GmbH mit Sitz in Erding ist beim Amtsgericht München unter HRB 174049 im Handelsregister eingetragen. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden bleiben gegenüber dem Vorjahresabschluss grundsätzlich unverändert. Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen bilanziert. Die Finanzanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Das Vorratsvermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten unter Berücksichtigung des niedrigeren beizulegenden Werts angesetzt. Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen und die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert bilanziert. Die flüssigen Mittel sind zu Nennwerten bilanziert worden. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen und werden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Zu den Posten der Bilanz Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr betragen EUR 520,00 (VJ: 0,00). Die Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr betragen EUR 201.347,07(VJ: EUR 121.262,43). Gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestehen Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von EUR 180.069,68. Sonstige Angaben und Erläuterungen Die Geschäftsführung wurde im Geschäftsjahr von Herrn Rainer Gerlspeck, Kaufmann, wahrgenommen. Die Gesellschaft beschäftigte im Geschäftsjahr durchschnittlich 9 Mitarbeiter. Haftungsverhältnisse, die zum 31.12.2023 bilanziell nicht berücksichtigt sind, bestehen keine. Die Feststellung bzw. Billigung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte am: 08.05.2024 Während des Zeitraums vom 01.01.2023 bis zum 31.12.2023 waren durchschnittlich 9 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt
