ANHANGI. Allgemeine Angaben Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i.S.d. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Für Zwecke der Offenlegung wurde von den Aufstellungs- und Offenlegungserleichterungen des Handelsrechts Gebrauch gemacht. II. Wesentliche Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Die Finanzanlagen sind mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Die Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von über fünf Jahren betragen T€ 2.273. IV. Sonstige Angaben Zum Bilanzstichtag bestehen keine Haftungsverhältnisse gem. § 251 HGB i.V.m. § 268 Abs. 7 HGB. Auf die Angaben nach § 285 Satz 1 Nr. 11 HGB wird gemäß § 286 Abs. 3 Nr. 2 HGB verzichtet. Geschäftsführer der Firma JC Holding GmbH sind Herr Jan-Michael Sieg, Eggenfelden (Kaufmann) und Herr Christian Sieg, Eggenfelden (Kaufmann).
