Anhang1. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden innerhalb der steuerrechtlich zugelassenen Zeiträume linear und degressiv vorgenommen. Bei beweglichen Anlagegegenständen erfolgt der Übergang von der degressiven zur linearen Abschreibung, sobald dies zu höheren Jahresabschreibungen führt. Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens mit einem Wert zwischen 150,00 € und 410,00 € netto werden im Jahr des Zugangs vollständig abgeschrieben. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert bzw. dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Die Guthaben und Kassenbestände werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt. Steuerrückstellungen und sonstige Rückstellungen wurden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung bemessen. Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. 2. Informationen zur Bilanz Die Gesellschaft ist buchmäßig überschuldet. Das bedeutet jedoch nicht notwendigerweise, dass auch Überschuldung im insolvenzrechtlichen Sinne vorliegt. Eine Prüfung dahingehend kann nur im Rahmen einer besonderen Überschuldungsprüfung erfolgen, für die andere Bewertungsgrundsätze als die des Handelsrechts gelten. Der Gesellschaft und der Geschäftsleitung sind die §§ 64, 71 und 84 des GmbH-Gesetzes bekannt. 3. Sonstige Angaben Im Geschäftsjahr war Herr Jürgen Rochner, Kaufmann, alleiniger Geschäftsführer. Außer dem Geschäftsführer waren im Jahre 2012 keine weiteren Organe bestellt.
