ANHANGDer Jahresabschluss der TR CLASSICS Mode GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Erläuterung der Bilanz: Die Vermögensgegenstände des Umlaufvermögens wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Das gezeichnete Kapital wurde zum Nennbetrag angesetzt. Rückstellungen wurden ausschließlich für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten gebildet; die Beträge entsprechen einer vernünftigen kaufmännischen Beurteilung.
