Betriebs- und Geschäftsausstattung

Die Anmeldung der Kapitalgesellschaft mit Satzung erfolgt an das Handelsregister Stuttgart eingetragen unter HRB725419 Firmensitz ist Heilbronn In der satzungsgemäß einberufenen Gesellschafterversammlung vom 07.05.2024 wurde der vorgelegte Jahresabschluss per 31.12.2023 von dem Gesellschafter festgestellt und genehmigt. Der Geschäftsführung wurde Entlastung erteilt. Der Jahresüberschuss in Höhe von EUR 12.098,45 wird nach Verrechnung mit dem Verlustvortrag auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen. Vermögensgegenstände des Sachanlage Vermögens werden zu Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibung bewertet. Abschreibungen erfolgen entsprechend der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer. Bewegliche Anlagegüter werden überwiegend linear im Rahmen der steuerlich zulässigen Sätze abgeschrieben. Vom Bewertungswahlrecht nach § 6 Abs. 2 EstG, volle Absetzung der geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter im Jahr der Anschaffung, wird in vollem Umfang gebrauch gemacht. Die Entwicklung und Zusammensetzung ergibt sich aus dem beigefügten Anlagenverzeichnis. Anteile an verbundenen Unternehmen sind nicht vorhanden. Umlaufvermögen: Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffe werden zum Einstandspreis unter Beachtung des strengen Niederstwertprinzips angesetzt. Teilfertige Arbeiten wurden nach dem tatsächlichen Stand zum Bilanz-Stichtag bewertet. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nennwert bilanziert Rückstellungen Rückstellungen werden unter Beachtung des Vorsichtsprinzip in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig war. Verbindlichkeiten: Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert. Abweichungen von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden, die Einfluss auf die Vermögens-. Finanz- und Ertragslage haben, sind nicht vorhanden.
