ANHANG FÜR DAS GESCHÄFTSJAHR 2014I. ALLGEMEINE ANGABEN ZUM JAHRESABSCHLUSSDer Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2014 wurde unter Beachtung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften des Dritten Buches des Handelsgesetzbuches und den ergänzenden Bestimmungen des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Von den Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß §§ 288 i. V. m. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB wurde teilweise Gebrauch gemacht. II. BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSMETHODENFür die Darstellung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB gewählt. Die Bewertung erfolgte unter Abkehr vom Grundsatz der Unternehmenstätigkeit (Going-Concern-Prinzip). Die Gesellschafter haben mit Datum vom 31. Dezember 2014 die Auflösung der Gesellschaft beschlossen. Die Vermögensgegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens sind zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen bilanziert. Im Berichtsjahr wurden außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen von EUR 7.478,43 auf den niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert vorgenommen. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sowie Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten wurden zu Nominalwerten angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen sind für alle erkennbaren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet worden. Sie wurden in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrages gebildet, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit den Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt. III. ERLÄUTERUNGEN ZUR BILANZ1. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben, wie im Vorjahr, sämtlich eine Restlaufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr. 2. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten haben, wie im Vorjahr, sämtlich eine Restlaufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr. IV. SONSTIGE ANGABEN1. Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft waren:
Liquidator der Gesellschaft ist seit dem 31. Dezember 2014 Herr Michael Albrecht, Reeder. 2. Der Liquidator schlägt vor, den Jahresfehlbetrag in Höhe von EUR 29.611,04 auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
