sonstige BerichtsbestandteileI. Allgemeines Bei dem bilanziertem Unternehmen handelt es sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 HGB. II. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Die Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurden mit den Anschaffungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibung bewertet. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen die erkennbaren Risiken. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert. III. Sonstige Angaben Die Geschäfte wurden von dem Geschäftsführer, Herrn Uwe Kötter, geboren am 21.06.1951, wohnhaft Unt. Pfaffensteigstr. 41e, 91126 Schwabach geführt. Mit Gesellschafterbeschluss vom 24.03.2015 wurde beschlossen, dass das Unternehmen zum 30.06.2015 aufgelöst wird. Die aktive Geschäftstätigkeit ist eingestellt. Zum Liquidator wurde Herr Uwe Kötter, wohnhaft Unt. Pfaffensteigstr. 41e, 91126 Schwabach bestellt. Mit UrNr. G 1145 / 2015 vom 30.06.2015 der Notarin Stefanie Gläser, in 90762 Fürth, Bahnhofsplatz 1 wurde die Liquidation beim Amtgericht Nürnberg - Registergericht - angemeldet.
