Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2014Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2014 ist unter Beachtung der einschlägigen Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches, des GmbH-Gesetzes sowie der Grundsätze ordnungsmäßiger Buchführung aufgestellt worden. Die bisherigen Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden grundsätzlich beibehalten. . Die Bewertung entspricht, soweit handelsrechtlich nicht zwingend abweichend zu bewerten ist, auch den ertragsteuerlichen Vorschriften. Das Niederstwertprinzip wurde beachtet. Das Sachanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger linearer Abschreibung, die anhand der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer ermittelt wird, angesetzt. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter im Sinne des § 6 Abs. 2a EStG werden im Jahr des Zugangs vollständig abgeschrieben. Die Beteiligung an einer Gesellschaft bürgerlichen Rechts (welche ausschließlich eine Beteiligung an einer GmbH verwaltet) ist zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nominalwert bewertet, soweit für erkennbare Wertminderungen nicht Abwertungen vorzunehmen waren. EUR 791,83 der Forderungen haben eine Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr. Sämtliche Verpflichtungen der Gesellschaft sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag und Rückstellungen in Höhe des bei vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. In den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten sind Verbindlichkeiten aus Steuern in Höhe von EUR 25.841,80 (im Vorjahr: EUR 25.429,47) enthalten. Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. Haftungsverhältnisse gemäß § 251 HGB bestehen nicht. Die Geschäftsführung wurde von den Herren Reginald Meyer (Immobilienkaufmann) und Axel Meyer (Immobilienkaufmann) wahrgenommen.
