Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 01.07.2011 bis 30.06.2012I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Der Jahresabschluss zum 30. Juni 2012 ist unter Beachtung der Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (§ 238 ff. in der Fassung des BilMoG) für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften i. S. d. § 267 HGB aufgestellt worden. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen gemäß §§ 274 a und 288 HGB hat die Gesellschaft teilweise Gebrauch gemacht. Auf die größenabhängige Aufstellungserleichterung nach § 276 Satz 1 HGB wurde verzichtet. Der Gliederung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung liegt das Gesamtkostenverfahren zugrunde. II. An gaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Vermögens- und Schuldposten sind unter Beachtung der Vorschriften des HGB für Kapitalgesellschaften und der Grundsätze ordnungsmäßiger Buchführung bewertet. Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden sind gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert. Der Ansatz der sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände und des Postens Guthaben gegenüber Kreditinstituten erfolgt zum Nennwert. Wechselforderungen sowie unverzinsliche und niedrig verzinsliche Forderungen mit Laufzeiten von mehr als einem Jahr liegen nicht vor. Fremdwährungsforderungen liegen nicht vor. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen decken alle erkennbaren Risiken dem Grunde und der Höhe nach, wobei das Wertaufhellungsprinzip bis zur Bilanzaufstellung beachtet worden ist. Sie wurden mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet. Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. III. Angaben zur Bilanz Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben eine Laufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr. Weitere sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen und Haftungsverhältnisse bestanden am Bilanzstichtag nicht. IV. Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Die Gesellschaft erzielte im Geschäftsjahr vom 01.07.2011 bis 30.06.2012 einen Jahresfehlbetrag in Höhe von EUR 968,77. V. Mitarbeiter Die Gesellschaft beschäftigte in 2011/2012 keine Mitarbeiter. VI. Organe der Gesellschaft Die Geschäftsführung wurde im Berichtszeitraum wahrgenommen von
