A) Allgemeine Angaben

Die Firma wurde mit notariellem Vertrag vom 05.11.2004 gegründet (Notar Dr. jur. Löwe, URNr. 986/2004). Sie ist eingetragen im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichtes München unter der Nr. HRB 155536. Sitz der Gesellschaft ist Garching, Gesellschafter sind Herr Dario Schmidt und Herr Roland Dachs mit einer Stammeinlage in Höhe von EUR 12.750,00 bzw. EUR 12250,00. Das Stammkapital ist zur Hälfte einbezahlt worden.

Zum Geschäftsführer ist Herr Dario Schmidt bestellt.

B) Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend wurden die Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes
beachtet. Im Einzelnen waren dies folgende Grundsätze und Methoden:

Die Forderung wurde zu Nennwerten bewertet. Die Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe
des voraussichtlichen Bedarfs gebildet.
