Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2023Allgemeine AngabenDie AKru Deutschland GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Leipzig und ist eingetragen in das Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Leipzig (Reg. Nr. HRB 30070). Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss erfolgte nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches in der Fassung des Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetz (BilRUG) und den Vorschriften des Gesetzes betreffend die Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung (GmbHG) sowie den einschlägigen Bestimmungen des Gesellschaftsvertrags. Der Abschluss umfasst die Bilanz, die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung und den Anhang. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist entsprechend § 275 Abs. 2 HGB nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Grundsätze zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung/Erläuterungen zur Bilanz und GuVDie Beteiligungen sind zu Anschaffungskosten einschließlich aktivierungspflichtigerAnschaffungsnebenkosten bewertet. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nominalbetrag angesetzt. Die flüssigen Mittel sind in Höhe ihres Nennwerts angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem jeweiligen Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. Angaben zu einzelnen Posten der BilanzZur Entwicklung der immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände sowie der Sach- und Finanzanlagen wird auf den Anlagespiegel verwiesen. Finanzanlagen Die Gesellschaft besitzt Kapitalanteile an Unternehmen, bei denen der Anteilsbesitz der Herstellung einer dauernden Verbindung dient. An den nachfolgend aufgeführten Unternehmen besteht ein Anteilsbesitz von mindestens 20 %:
Umlaufvermögen Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände stellen sich wie folgt dar:
Eigenkapital Das Stammkapital von € 25.000 ist mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Verbindlichkeiten Die Restlaufzeiten der Verbindlichkeiten gliedern sich wie folgt:
Unter den Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Unternehmen mit Beteiligungsverhältnis sind Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern von € 1.554.012 ausgewiesen. Sonstige AngabenArbeitnehmer Am Bilanzstichtag waren im Unternehmen ein Mitarbeiter beschäftigt. Nachtragsbericht Nach Abschluss des Geschäftsjahres 31.12.2023 sind keine Vorgänge von besonderer Bedeutung eingetreten. Ergebnisverwendung Das Geschäftsjahr zum 31.12.2023 schließt mit einem Jahresfehlbetrag in Höhe von T€ 232 ab. Die Geschäftsführung schlägt vor, den Jahresfehlbetrag auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen. Die Feststellung bzw. Billigung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte am 22.10.2024. |
