Anhang zum Geschäftsjahr 2011A. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Der Jahresabschluss der Inselbogen Verwaltungs GmbH wurde nach den Vorschriften des HGB unter Berücksichtigung des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft ist eine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 264 HGB und weist die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Gesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Dementsprechend wurden größenabhängige Erleichterungen im Sinne von §§ 274a und 288 HGB in Anspruch genommen. B. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sowie das Eigenkapital werden zum Nennwert bewertet. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen werden in Höhe der voraussichtlichen Inanspruchnahme angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit Rückzahlungsbeträgen ausgewiesen. C. Angaben und Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz In den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen sind keine Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr enthalten. Die Verbindlichkeiten haben insgesamt eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. Währungsforderungen oder -Verbindlichkeiten bestanden am Bilanzstichtag nicht. D. Sonstige Angaben Die Geschäftsführung erfolgte im Geschäftsjahr 2011 durch den Geschäftsführer Herrn Thomas Siepe. Weitere Organe bestanden nicht. Die Gesellschaft ist unbeschränkt haftender Gesellschafter bei der Inselbogen Strandimmobilien GmbH & Co. KG, Binz. Die Geschäftsführung schlägt vor, das Jahresergebnis auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
