Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2010I. VorbemerkungDie Assner Wohnbau GmbH ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i. S. des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB, auf die die Vorschriften der §§ 264 - 330 HGB anzuwenden sind. Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2010 war nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches für Kapitalgesellschaften aufzustellen. II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenBilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sowie liquide Mittel sind mit ihrem Nennwert angesetzt. Bei der Bewertung der Rückstellungen wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken und Verpflichtungen angemessen berücksichtigt. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Die Gesellschaft hat den Grundsatz der Bewertungsstetigkeit beachtet. III. Angaben zur BilanzVerbindlichkeiten Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. IV. Sonstige Angaben1. Geschäftsführung Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft sind Herr Hermann Aßner, Waal, und Frau Gudrun Aßner, Landsberg am Lech. 2. Haftungsverhältnisse Die Gesellschaft haftet unbeschränkt für die Verpflichtungen der Bauunternehmung Hermann Assner GmbH & Co. KG, Landsberg am Lech, als Komplementärin.
