AnhangA. Allgemeine AngabenBei der Gesellschaft handelt es sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i. S. von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242ff., 264ff. HGB sowie den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt. Der Jahresabschluss ist nach Ergebnisverwendung aufgestellt worden. B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden1. Aktiva Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. 2. Passiva Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen, sie sind ausreichend bemessen und nach vorsichtiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung in der Höhe notwendig. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden zu Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt. 3. Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Aufwendungen und Erträge wurden auf das Geschäftsjahr abgegrenzt. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren i. S. von § 275 HGB aufgestellt. C. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz1. Eigenkapital Das in das Handelsregister eingetragene Stammkapital beträgt Euro 100,00. 2. Verbindlichkeiten Diese Position beinhaltet Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber dem Gesellschafter, Herrn Konstantin Siemer, in Höhe von Euro 510,00 (Vorjahr: Euro 500,00). D. Erläuterungen zur Gewinn- und VerlustrechnungGem. § 288 HGB braucht der Anhang die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung betreffenden Angaben nicht zu enthalten. E. Sonstige Angaben1. Organe der Gesellschaft Zum Geschäftsführer ist Herr Konstantin Siemer, 49377 Vechta bestellt. 2. Größenabhängige Erleichterungen In Bezug auf die Pflichtangaben gem. § 285 HGB werden die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen gem. § 288 HGB in Anspruch genommen. Die Angaben gem. § 286 HGB wurden unterlassen.
