ANHANG für das Geschäftsjahr 20101. Vorbemerkung Der Jahresabschluss ist nach den für Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches unter Berücksichtigung der Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt worden. Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Die Vorschriften des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) wurden erstmals gemäß Art. 66 EGHGB im Jahresabschluss vom 1. Januar bis 31. Dezember 2010 angewandt. Die Vorjahreszahlen wurden gemäß Art. 66 EGHGB angepasst. 2. Angewandte Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden sind gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert. 3. Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz Das Sachanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und wird über die betriebsgewöhnliche Nutzungsdauer abgeschrieben. Die Abschreibungen werden im Anschaffungsjahr zeitanteilig vorgenommen. Geringwertige Anlagegüter gemäß § 6 Abs. 2 EStG werden im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben. Es wird von einem Abgang im Jahr nach der Anschaffung ausgegangen. Für geringwertige Anlagegüter i.S.d. § 6 Abs. 2 a EStG wurde im Vorjahr ein Sammelposten gebildet. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung anzusetzenden Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. 4.
