ANHANG FÜR DAS GESCHÄFTSJAHR 2011
A. ALLGEMEINE ANGABEN
Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des HGB i. d. F. des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) sowie den ergänzenden Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt.
B. ANGABEN ZU BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSMETHODEN
Die angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden entsprechen den handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften.
Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Nennwerten angesetzt.
Rückstellungen werden mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet.
Die Bewertung der Verbindlichkeiten erfolgt zu ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag.
C. ANGABEN ZUR BILANZ
Die Verbindlichkeiten haben in voller Höhe eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.
D. SONSTIGE ANGABEN
Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft sind:
Herr Ulrich Meyer, Achim, (Goldschmiedemeister),
Herr Bernd Oetken, Ganderkesee, (Kaufmann).
Die Gesellschaft ist unbeschränkt haftende Gesellschafterin der Noble Store Hannover GmbH & Co. KG mit Sitz in Bremen.
